It depends both on the personality of the person and, to some extent, on the field of success. In spite of the vast differences in the way they do things and achieve the success they share common traits: 

1.      Energy: Energy derives from a healthy body and a healthy mind. Energy manifests itself in enthusiasm, eagerness, and stamina. It allows a person to work hard under stressful situations. Successful people are bursting with robust energy.

2.      Determination:  Failures and setbacks will not deter and discourage them to pursue their goals and aspirations.  They are passionate about what they do and they are working on it relentlessly and patiently.
