Natural Remedy for Joint Pain

My experience

As a senior citizen, I used to take Glucosamine and Calcium carbonate plus Vitamin D for the promotion of healthy joints. However it is not effective to eradicate joint pain. I was recently introduced to embryo rice. So instead of eating white rice I switch to embryo rice as rice is the stable food for Asian people.
After consuming for a few months, I don’t feel any pain walking up the stairs. Moreover, my joints are more flexible than before and when I perform stretching I don’t hear the cracking of the joints.

Why it is effective

It is loaded with natural goodness for the promotion of strong bones such as calcium, iron magnesium and vitamin B1 (thiamin). However it is not all. Embryo rice also contains phosphorous, vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Niacin), B5 (Panthothenic Acid), B6 (Pyridoxin) B9 (folic acid), zinc, manganese, potassium, sodium and dietary fiber.

Embryo rice and longevity

According to information on the Net, Japan is a country with the longest average human life span in the world. Recent report states that average age of man is 81 years and woman is 86 years old. One of the reasons is that the Japanese consume embryo rice regularly. Japanese has consumed embryo rice more than half a century.

The anatomy of rice

Embryo makes up only 3% of the rice grain but 66% of rice nutrition. It is the soul of rice. Brown rice is the rice grain with only the outermost layer of a grain of rice (the husk) removed. It has the most nutritious value. You will need an embryo rice machine to turn brown rice into embryo rice. An embryo rice machine turns bran and aleurone layer (the outermost cell layer of the endosperm) of brown rice into powdery bran form whilst endosperm and embryo parts form embryo rice.  When you cook embryo rice you will add the powdery bran.  It tastes just as good as white rice if not better. While white rice has almost all its nutrients striped off because the bran layer and germ are removed.
