15 Tips to Write Effective Articles

Articles are the life and soul of your blog. Without articles and without posting articles regularly and consistently, there will be no visitors.


1. Write title first: Your title is the question and your content supplies the answers. Your title is also the goal and the content is the way to reach your goals. Always write the title first so that you will write content to match it.

2. Ideas: The first thing to do is to generate ideas according to the article title. Ideas can come all of a sudden; the most important thing is to write them down quickly.

3. Actual writing: After gathering ideas, the next stage is to do the proper writing of the article. Arrange the ideas sequentially, neatly and avoid repetition of ideas.

4. Critical review: Getting ideas and writing an article is to be done at different time, so is the critical review of your article. You look at what you have written objectively to see whether the content is relevant to the article title. Is it written in a continuous flow cohesively?

7. Body: On the Net readers don’t read word by word, they scan your articles so it is necessary to write scannable text by using bullet points and numbering, and highlight keywords

8. Closing: The end of a story is just as important as the beginning. It is to call for action and it should evoke soul-searching thoughts.

9. Grammar: When you master grammar, you master the language. Correct grammar has far-reaching consequences and legal implications. The story in a local newspaper illustrates the importance of grammar.
