Eye Care, Tired Eyes and Acupressure

Eye care

Tired eyes

One effective way to relieve tired eyes is to apply pressure on the pressure points on both sides of a thumb by using the other thumb and your fingertip. For those who are always glued to the computer screen, it is a wonderful way to soothe the tired eyes and improve your eyesight. You can do it several times a day. There is another pressure point on top of your thumb. Be warned that if you feel pain when you apply pressure on this point, it is an indication of serious illness. You should continue to apply pressure to remove the pain and clear the blocked flow of energy. The way to do it is to apply firm finger pressure to stimulate these three pressure points at any time when you are free. Do it on both thumbs. I have tried and it is effective. Now I am doing it every day. Another great way to relieve tired eyes is to massage the areas surrounding the eyes.
